We help US companies acquire new technologies from outside the country, and deliver a higher level of quality through their manufacturing while minimizing costs and improving efficiency simultaneously. Our project team has a combined knowledge and experience of 60 years in process engineering and systems. We provide bridging solutions and consultation expertise to connect the practical gaps when implementing the theoretical design.

He earns the esteem of his teams by encouraging professional growth- providing mentorship, and further understanding on each project. After 25 years, Yu-Ho can anticipate problems and address issues early to avoid obstacles down the project line, and he ensures every project is executed with the utmost accuracy and efficiency for the client. When it comes to project planning, scheduling, and execution, Yu- Ho has not faltered to meet the project goals.

Jonathan is the key dynamic lead for SYMS’ Project Management team and is passionate about his work. His clear vision keeps the coordination of projects accurate and streamlined. His extensive technical knowledge speaks for his unwavering commitment to project execution. He has 10 years of proven experience with situational analysis, client resolution, sales, and customer service. He demonstrates a proactive managerial mindset and creativity to improve and optimize team performance for the project’s success. Jonathan studied at the University of Georgia with an emphasis on Mechanical Engineering.
Armando Herrera – Bridging Cultural Gaps

Armando is a multilingual Project Manager with 10 years of hands-on experience in managing projects from planning to execution; he brings exceptional troubleshooting and conflict-resolution skills. Armando uses lean manufacturing methods to implement principles that increase profitability without increasing labor, or compromising quality, to achieve customer satisfaction. He is an excellent communicator, comfortable with customers, and works at all levels of the organization. Armando has the “ability to bridge the cultural differences that surpassed our expectations,” when working with teams and clients. He is accustomed to working in a fast-paced, high-pressure dynamic environment, and has experience in new product quoting, design, and fabrication. Armando received his degree in Electronic Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Orizaba.
Chris Chon – Knowledge of the Trade

Chris is a bilingual electrical engineering consultant fluent in Korean and English. With 11 years of hands- on experience, Chris is visually organized, logical, and practical. Chris’ cross-cultural understanding and on-site experience give him insights into practical, cost-saving solutions. Chris’ previous work with Hyundai, LG Chemical, SK Battery, and Ultium Cells has bolstered these companies’ project value, keeping them on target and within budget. Chris reviews electrical projects for code compliance, alternative options, and finances. At SYMS, Chris provides the necessary linguistic and cultural bridging between foreign and domestic customers.
Cristina Sanchez – Communications Professional

Cristina is SYMS’ foremost communications professional, fluent in Spanish and English. Cristina is flexible, approachable, and well-organized, supporting projects from inception to completion. Cristina’s interests in linguistics assist SYMS with cross-cultural communications and client relations. Cristina brings a background in goal development, strategy, and plan implementation to execute comprehensive campaigns. Her expertise supports the launch and management of new products, services, and associated brands to meet profitability goals and targets. Cristina continues to provide on-site support and professional training as needed. Cristina received her degree in Communication from the Universidad Nacional Autόnoma de Mѐxico.
Reid Bryant – Systems and Human Engineering

Reid is SYMS’ Systems and Human Engineering professional. Reid understands the process and full system perspectives. Through his studies, Reid has managed systems projects and as the Project Coordinator, Reid is in a supportive role as he begins his work in Project Management. Reid comes to SYMS with demonstrated leadership through establishing and maintaining rapport and client connections, developing schedules, and maintaining focus and morale. Reid has a unique experience with McCall’s Model for quality assurance, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma. Reid received his degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Kennesaw State University.
Julia McPeek – Technical Oversight

Julia is SYMS’ Technical Writer. Julia comes from a regulatory background in Environmental Public Health and provides the necessary document control oversight to reduce errors and keep projects on track. Her experience with conducting environmental health assessments, developing education materials for the public, database development, editorial, and multicultural work lend strength to these project tasks. Her interest in toxicology, sustainability, redevelopment, and LEED design lends to assisting with problem-solving, as applicable. Julia has a Master of Public Health in Urban Health and Health Promotion from Georgia State University. Julia is working toward her Sustainability Excellence Assoc Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
